Trust the healing process and follow proper aftercare to help with your body’s natural healing process.
Day 1-2
Following the procedure, your lips will most likely be swollen; no worries, this is normal!
For the first few hours, frequently wipe away any lymph fluid that appears from your lips. After the first few hours, please apply the provided balm at least three times a day to avoid letting your lips dry out.
When drinking, please use a straw in order to avoid any potential contamination to your healing lips. When eating, be sure to avoid oily, spicy, and heavily salted foods. Also, after each meal, gently rinse and clean your lips with water, then dry them with a clean paper towel, and finally re-apply the balm.

Day 3-6
At this stage in the healing process, your lips will begin to feel dry and start peeling
DO NOT pick your lips. Instead, let the flaking happen naturally.
You can help mitigate the appearance of dryness by consistently hydrating your lips with the provided balm.

Week 2
Your lips are no longer peeling, the color is lighter and you can resume your normal routine!
Your lips will continue to fully heal for up to 6 weeks. Each week more color will surface; however, it's still very important to keep the lips hydrated to ensure the best healed final result!
